REPAIR CREDITS TERMS and CONDITIONS

ATM Parts Repair provides ATM Companies, ISO’s, ATM Distributors, Service Companies and End-User clients with the opportunity to Trade-In a Working Part or a NoN Working “repairable” part for Repair Credits, or acquire Repair Credits when purchasing a new or refurbished Part/ATM.

REPAIR CREDIT DEFINITION:

A Repair Credit functions like a Credit Note by reducing your (account balance) invoices by 40%.

Repair Credits are redeemable when purchasing a Standard Repair, Advanced Exchange, Exchange or equivalent Expedited Repair Service such as 1, 2, 24 or 48 Hours Turn Around Time.

WHO QUALIFIES/ELIGIBILITY:

  • Supply Chain Clients
  • Existing Clients
  • New/First Time Clients (RC utilization starts with the second Invoice)
  • Clients’ accounts must be current, within its Terms.

PARTS THAT QUALIFY:

WORKING PARTS:

The Trade-In Part must be as per manufacturer specification working condition, with all components, and legally owned by the participating client, prior to the participating client’s submission to ATM Parts Repair.

NON WORKING PARTS:

The Trade-In Parts must be in Repairable condition, with all components, and legally owned by the participating client, prior to the participating client’s submission to ATM Parts Repair.

ATM Parts Repair will not accept from customers any part(s) for Trade-In which is/are:
Defaced or altered or Not in a Repairable State (NRS).
Upon inspection, if ATM Parts Repair determines that it has received a part in such condition, the participating client is responsible for charges associated with the repair or restoration of such part(s), Including missing components.  
For parts that are deemed (NRS) the participating client will be invoiced for the replacement cost.

OR

Deductions will be made for exclusion of, but not limited to, the following items: missing components, Software, cables, scratched LCD, cassettes or reject trays, keys, master passwords. The amount of the deduction will vary depending on the occurrence and a ATM Parts Repair representative will contact the participating client prior to unit disposition via Revised Trade-In Value form.

LIMITATION:

The amount of Repair Credit utilized per Invoice cannot exceed 40% of each invoice or RA Number.

E.G.        Total Invoice/RA # repair   –         $10,000:00
             Total Repair Credits             –       $4,000:00          
              Customer pays        –                    $6,000:00

A Trade-In Parts value shall be determined at ATM Parts Repair’s sole discretion using ATM Parts Repair’s Trade-In Value Chart as a guide; provided that final determination shall be subject to ATM Parts Repair’s inspection of the Trade-In Parts.

HOW TO PACKAGE

Please include your packing slip, listing the fault for each part/module.
All parts shipped for repairs including Expedited Services and Repair Credits must be wrapped in conductive bags, in their original or equivalent packaging.  Repaired parts will be returned in their original box unless otherwise requested and approved (per packaging, labelling, conductive/ESD bags, bubble wrap & shipping container) by the participating client (is approval by client or ATMPR?). The participating client is responsible for removing all programming, programs? data and removable storage media, and all other options.

SHIPPING:

The participating client is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the parts for repair credits and the parts for repair.
ATM Parts Repair is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the repaired parts back to the participating client.

RECEIVING REPORT

A receiving report which confirms parts received from the client, manufacturer’s serial number, and states any damaged or missing components and any discrepancy.

SUBMISSIONS:

Participating clients shall have three (3) working days from the date of confirmation by ATM Parts Repair to respond to ATM Parts Repair in writing of its acceptance or non-acceptance of ATM Parts Repair’s valuation and approval to process the RA# repairs as well as to take any additional actions requested by ATM Parts Repair. Participating clients’ failure to respond within the time period to any alternative evaluation of the Trade-In Parts made by ATM Parts Repair will be deemed acceptance thereof by the participating client.

If the participating client duly gives notice of non-acceptance of ATM Parts Repair’s alternative evaluation, the Trade-In parts will be shipped back to the participating client, at the participating client’s request and the cost borne solely by the participating client.

If the Trade-In Parts is accepted by ATM Parts Repair and the applicable evaluation is acceptable to ATM Parts Repair and the participating client, ATM Parts Repair will issue a RC to the participating client’s account upon completion of the repaired RA #.

REPRESENTATIONS:

The Participating client hereby represents and warrants to ATM Parts Repair that the participating client is the sole owner of the Trade-In Parts, and that the participating client has full right, title and authority to convey the Trade-In Parts to ATM Parts Repair, free and clear of any mortgage, security interest, lien, claim, charge, option or encumbrance.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada.
